can a get noc after written result

I am working in a psu .Can i get noc for other employment if i didnt inimatebefore written result.... can i get noc from employer after written result

Why have you not taken permission before the written examination?, you can apply for NOC stating the facts that due to lack of time that you were not able to obtain prior permission from the department for appearing in the said examination, hence to condone the requirement.
