can a man practice as an advocate if he is doing a goldsmith work?

Sir, can a man can practice as an advocate if he can do the goldsmith work now? he can handle the gold show room now?the showroom is not his property.the show room's owner is his wife and she give the power of aterny to his husband to handle the showroom?

No He can not take active part in handling the business of wife but he may be a sleeping partner and he has to disclose this fact to Bar Council

you may sign on behalf of your wife as GPA holder, but you should not be a Managing partner and manage the show room you alone
if it is the family business, you may be a partner and do business.
in my openion you may act as a GPA holder for your wife and conduct business and there is no bar for acting on behalf of your wife with out involving in actual business.

You can do whatever you want but only till some one file a complaint against you before the bar counsel.
