Can a suit of permanent injunction be changed into SRAct under sec 6 by way of amendment in the plaint by the plaintiff ?

Both the issues are governed by different laws/Acts and amendment in a plaint cannot change the basic structure of the suit, you will have to withdraw with liberty.
