A Person writes a WILL with Lawyer guidance and Register;s the WILL.

After Few Years can he Change or Cancel that WILL before his death ?

YES, a WILL can be changed umpteen number of times till one's last breath. Even after writing a WILL, one can dispose of his properties. Only those properties that are left behind at the time of death of the testator will be governed by the WILL. I can understand why you are putting this query. You are thinking whether it would be good to have a WILL from your father in favour of your mother, instead of Family Settlement.
WILL IS A VERY DANGEROUS and doubtful PROPOSITION, in the facts and circumstances of your case.
