Only those properties that are left behind at the time of death of the testator will be governed by the WILL. I can understand why you are putting this query. You are thinking whether it would be good to have a WILL from your father in favour of your mother, instead of Family Settlement. WILL IS A VERY DANGEROUS and doubtful PROPOSITION, in the facts and circumstances of your case.
