whether advocate can act as poa or gpa on behalf of the company in civil and criminal cases to give evidence where in the corporate company appointed as retainer advocate with issuing under poa and gpa.

If the Concerned Advocate had stopped Practising in Courts by Giving Proper Intimation to BCI and Presently Exclusively Serves Only In the Company Then he Could Do So.

In order to proceed the Attorney shall have to function as agent of the principal and not as an advocate/ counsel of the company.

thank u sir /s for kind consideration and i submitting few lines that that the same company recruited newly enrolled advocate and issued POA mentioned the contents as " mr. xxxx s/o. xxxx is engaged as retainer advocate as his enrollment number XXXX on behalf of the company to commence the arbitration, to prepare draft and attend the cases on behalf of the company like wise ...
as per your kind information there is nothing possible under dual role of advocate... like retainer advocate and poa holder on behalf of the company...
sir if you can please suggest me if any judgements in this regard....

From your contents it can be understood that he represents the company as its representative and in th course he may appoint an advocate who will conduct the proceeding s of the company having this advocate as a representative of the company.
