Merely an academic query!

The question arises, what type of agreement, with whom, whether agreement with Government or private, what is the status and qualification of the other party, state of India to which the case relates and what are the 1st, 2nd and 3rd official languages of that state, etc.
Dr Anil Kumar Singh (Expert) 10 August 2013
This clause can only be inserted if both parties are known to the language and they have no other common language to interact with.
