I want my grandson to be a legal heir to all my estates. Is it possible if I say in my will that he must be included in all the legal heir proceedings ?

Grandson during the lifetime of the son or daughter as the case may be cannot be the class 1 heir. The grandson can be class 1 heir in case his father or mother who happens to be the son or daughter as the case may be dies before the Hindu male.
The Hindu male can always make Will with regard to his self acquired property/estate in favour of any of his heirs or their children as the case may be , thus making all these persons the beneficiaries of his property/estate.
You can include the name of your grandson in your Will for your self acquired estate only.

When you have decided to write a will, where is the question for the class of heir? You can write will irrespective any of the class of the heirship of your grandson.

Quite a vague query.

If you have your owned property then you can executed will in favour of anyone and as per your wish. However you cannot include him as legal heir or as you said in legal heir proceedings.
