Can gualrdian of the minor act as nominee of the same account?

Dear Sir,
I need an Information that in any Bank, whether Guardian of any minor child could also be made as nominee in the same account?

A minor appoint a nominee, but the it is to be witnessed two witnesses. Then only the nomination is valid. If this procedure is followed there is no restriction as to the appointment of the minor's guardian as nominee in the bank account.
