Can i build a house before any agreement

I like to take your help in- my family has one plot of land and we are 3 legal takeovers after my grandfather as my father had passed way before him. So as per law we are 1/3 partner of the plot so I like to know can I build a house on this land before any agreement As 2th party are not ready for talks. and can I be safe if stay order is issue on me?

Though you are 1/3 rd co sharer , since the property is not divided your share is not demarcated.
Making construction in your share is not illegal but probability is once you start construction the other co sharer may with a view to harass you go to court and procure injunction order.

You are the inheritor of one third of the property. It is accepted legally but which part of the property will be yours has not yet been settled and demarcated.
Hence, it will be risky for you to start construction before your share of the area is demarcated.
