Respected Experts
Thank you experts, an another doubt on same...
Honourable High Court have given ORDERS that Considering the FIR Statement of defacto complainant that petitioners A1 to A3 Whom have filed for quash proceedings in 498A case are not eligible because defacto complainant has stated that A1 to A3 had demanded 2 lakhs ruppees. So case was disposed.
Now the REAL FACT is, In FIR itself there were no such allegations that 2 lakhs were demanded. To my utter surprise how court has written orders about 2 lakhs, when matter is not there in FIR.
Now can i file for review petition in the same high court under section 362 crpc as clerical or arithmetic error.
Please help me and suggest me.

Contact local lawyer in Hih Court, engage him/her, show the case file, pay fees as decided and proceed since it would be inappropriate to advise you without going through entire case file.
