After married we lived together up to only 6 months. then she went back to her home for delivery now i have 6 month baby.after this i came to abroad for my new job. still we have contact with phone. Mutually we don't like each other but she want to live with me because of her parents, also we are fighting daily for small issues. And now this makes me drives to divorce. I asked her for divorce by mutual consent and she never accepted and she told if i applied for divorce she will plan to put dowry case on me. she 30 year old, suffering with asthma disease. My parents and her parents also not willing for this divorce
1. Is there any possibilities to get divorce with her. ? on what ground basis i can apply for my divorce ?
2. Also myself/my parents are never threaten her for dowry. but in future if i applied my divorce if she put dowry case to me how can i proof this into court.?

1. The given grounds have no force and we are not here to tell anyone false grounds for divorce which do not exist in real life of couple.
2. It depends upon facts of the matter which can be seen at appropriate time. There is no definite reply of assumptions and presumptions.

The grounds mentioned by you is not sufficient for divorce. Asthma is not a ground for divorce. In future if you are faced with such cases then first obtain bail and then face trial.
