can I got deduction of salary in 125 (3)
Can I got Order of Deduction from Salary of my husband for life time, in the application of CRPC 125(3) in family court? as I husband not pay regular maintenance amount ?

if your husabnd ahs defaulted in paying maintenaqnce make application for execution for attachment of his salary in payment of maintenance dues . if he defaults in paying maintenance you can make him a state guest by sending him to jail . let him occol his heels in jail . he will pay maintenance next time on time

You can definitely get such order from the executing court.
