Can i lodge police complaint or any criminal case.

Dear experts, I have frequently guided by you people to lodge a police complaint.My case goes like this:
I secretely married with a girl.We both are hindus and were adults at the time of marriage.My marriage was not registered.though as proofs of marriage I have got marriage photo with negative,priests certificate,witnesses.Now her parents are against our marriage and they are trying to remarry her.She has also taken her parents side willingly or unwillingly.I have already lodged Restitution of conjugal rights under Sec.9 of Hindu Marriage Act. But they did not appear in subsequent dates.I am trying to lodge Injunction Suit.Now my Question is whether I can do police complaint even when my wife is not on my side.?Can I lodge any criminal cases as I am suffering from huge mental tension due to all this.Please answer to both of my questions.

you can mentioned about you request to the same court give petition also and they court may order to advice the news paper and appear the court. thereafter the court take action against them.

* No injunction can be grant against second marriage.
* Restitution of conjugal rights case only be filed when your wife is reluctant.
* You should give a legal notice through a lawyer warning the groom if he marry despite existence of your marriage with the girl some stern legal action can be moved. As well as copy of said notice should be given to parents of Girl and that groom.

Again I am saying that injunction suit to stop second marriage can be filed... I myself had file this type of suit and got success. But these parties were muslims.
