Many times I see some very good threads, go utterly un-discussed or discussed very poorly or badly.
Can I re-post these threads ?
Can I also repost threads of others,after giving the credit to the originator ? Can I re-post these threads by rephrasing ?
Would it be against rules of the LCI or not,plz. guide.

Desired legal quality standards are admirably maintained by our learned friends like S.Subramanian, Makkad, etc. Please make best use of these experts than ranking opinion as poor as bad as every participant in this forum dedicates a lot of their professional time to render their legal opinion free of cost.

Even some time, some threads were answered as already answered. Our LCI wont go for any decision to reply for already discussed topic.
There may be possibility of getting new views
of members.
Some can give different view.
Some can differentiate with other's view

Instead of re-posting those threads as it is (probably they might have gone unanswsered or not answered properly due to inadequate/unclear particulars), you can probably within the same thread re-phrase (as you said) the query. This will not only ensure that the same thread gets completed by answer(s) from the experts, but also would serve as a guidance to the original querist as to how to frame the question; and will also ensure that there is no duplicate thread on the one and the same point. This will also avoid the risk of being uncharitably accused of adopting someone else's thread as your own (though you said that you would be giving the due credit to the original querist).

Thnx experts that U answered,but I want still a clear answer,that if a post is re-posted,mine or some one else's by me,would that break some rule of LCI or not?
And yes I am nobody to judge other's answers as poor or bad,that is right,but while writing this I did not actually mean that,sorry wrong words were chosen.Actually I see that many threads go un-noticed or Un-answered or answered/discussed but not as they deserve,hence this query.

I don't think there is no bar to re-post other's questions.
If u still feel something, add a word that it has been already asked by X and left unanswered.
