this location in bihar at main dist area a temple is 150 years old beside this temple a well beside of well is a pond all of 150 and above years total areas of temple,well,pond is approx 100 sq feet.before 3-4 years sewer of hospital,cities,toilet, drain,rainy water of whole city is put down in pond.the well's main source of water.so our colonies men's are drinking this water.margine of well & pond's soil is only max.10 feet dirty water is no any treat.pond is dirty by chemical of hospital stool of drain.my colonies area 1600 sq feet there was no any developmet from 30yrs.in our colony no sewer no hand pump no spread of ddt.i complain it to local DM. CM PM by regd letter on 2010 but no any action found.local ward counselor is also a press reporter so i complaint anywhere he reached as reporter i make any meeting he reach as leader but no any develop.my think is 66yrs of independent 30yrs no any facility what i gain in my independent where is my total rights.so i want to take in janhit yachika plz tell to me what can fight in janhit yachika case.

Yes, you can file PIL if you think larger issues of public health is involved.

you can also file a case against corporation u/s 133 Cr PC. This trick succeeded long back against Ratlam Municipal Corporation though fight was upto Supreme Court but precedence is there.

I do agree with Sudhir. Criminal complaint under section 133 of criminal procedure code shall definitely fetch good results.
