Can marriage registration will cancel

I had fell in love with one boy we both love each other but oir parents are against this...n one day we decide to go in court for registration n obtain marraige certificate...after dat nobody are aware of this even we did not live togather...n after one year of registar we both mutually decide to breakeup nd moved on...n we also destroyedday certificate...but is der any prblm for our future life because of previous mistake...plz help

Legal opinion:
It was a marriage and it was duly registered.. merely destroying the certificate does not end the issue. To dissolve you have to go for divorce with mutual consent through the court procedure.

Marriage can not be broken just by destroying the marriage certificate.

If any party remarry without divorce, other party may file case of bigamy / adultery etc.

Better move to court for a mutual consent divorce decree.

You cannot understand plain and simple English because the advise given here is free.

You better meet a lawyer pay him and he will repeat above views.

You have to be absolutely clear.

(I) You are in real life and not movie characters.

(II) Marriage is binding on both of you till dissolved by divorce.

(III) marriage was binding on completion of religious ceremonies even before registration.

(IV) If divorce was so simple like tearing of registration certificate then half of population would have divorces.

(V) leave aside marriage with a many even if you have relationship with other man he can be jailed on complaint by your husband.

(VI) If you marry another man without divorce you are not his legally wedded wife.

(VII) If you marry another man without divorce you can also be jailed with other man on complaint of your husband.

So either face this marriage or apply for proper divorce. You are already living separately for more than one year
