Can member of hindu undivided family bequeath her coparcener interest by making will?

(Querist) 18 February 2013 This query is : Resolved
My Grandmother had one share in undivided Hindu joint property (not partitioned).. She bequeath her share through WILL to her daughter in year 1999 (before Amended Hindu succesation ACT 2005) and she passed away in year 2011.

My question is my grandmother being a member of Hindu undivided family .. Can she bequeath her coparcener interest by making WILL?

Addagada_Raghavamma_And_Anr_vs_Addagada_Chenchamma_And_Anr_on_9_April,_1963

The above Supreme court citation supports that "member of Hindu undivided family cannot bequeath her coparcener interest by making WILL"
