sir mere father ne do shadiya ki thii unki first wife ki ek ladka or ek ladki hai or 2nd wife ke do ladke or to ladkiya hai jis me se ek ladke ko god diya ja chuka hai is tarah se ab hum 2 bhai or 3 sisters hai or meri mother hai. mere father ki deth 1996 me ho gai thii
father ke naam par ek house hai jiski unhone will nahi ki thii.
sisters ki marriage ho chuki hai or ab hum us house me partition karke rah rahe hai bina kisi legal agreement or document ke.
kya meri mother ka is property me koi hissa hai or agar meri mother mere father ki property me barabar ka hissa rakhti hai to kyaa wo apna hisaa mere naam kr sakti hai ya will kr sakti hai?
is matter me written me ye kisi ke paas nahi hai ki kis ke paas me property ka kitna part hai ya kon kitna part rakhega? to kyaa withaout any legal document ke meri mother is property me koi wright rakhti hai ya koi hissa rakhti hai?
kya meri mother jo will karegi us me unko apana hissa batana hoga?
kyaa wo will me ye likh sakti hai ki agar future me court is property ka hissa karta hai to mera part particular kisi ek person ko diya jaaye? ya mere kisi ek son ko diya jaaye?

sir that property is purchase by my father and my father is expired 1996 and mere father ne do shadiya ki thii unki first wife ki deth ho chuki hai or first wife ki koi will nahi hai.
