Can phone call recording considered as evidence in annulment case?

(Querist) 27 March 2016 This query is : Resolved
My friend husband filed a false case stating that she had cheated him by concealing facts about her health and played fraud in marriage, but she told him everything before marriage which can be revealed by their phone call conversations. In those conversations he clearly accepted all her health issues before marriage. Can they be considered as major evidence in the case? Please advise

Audio recording is very hard to pore and court considers it with great suspicion. So reply upon other form evidence.

When the marriage took place?

What are the health issues?

Audio recording hard to prove, fact should be proved through other evidences also.

Show full case file to local lawyer and discuss.

this is one month old query,
but i wish to add for my suggestions and also for my updates please.

i think audio recording or video recording and other related files or documents can be considered or collaborate as secondary evidences after showing any other connected primary or other related evidences.....

because in my experiences many time thease electronic evidences are only considered as secondary evidences.. depends upon case to case
