Can police be asked to take statement of victim

sir,

my friend is victim in assault case.

POLICE has taken FIR which just mentions where, when and who committed the assault.

but even after six months not taken written statement of the victim.

CAN police be asked to take written statement of the victim as six months have passed and no action has been taken

in earlier query you did not reveal of PF.

You submit a complaint in writing to RPFC against the employer if they refuse to attest the claim.

atleast visit PF office
