my quarry is can Private Limited Company can buy agriculture land in the State of Andra Pradesh.

how are you concerned with? however a PVt.ltd.company may buy agricultural property only for the purpose of agricultural usage.

Being a separate legal persona a private limited company may purchase land in AP provided it is in terms of its MoA & AoA and under the laws applicable on the subject in the state.

However, it would be better to consult a local prudent lawyer practicing civil & revenue matters.

Company Registered in Karnataka want set up new unit in Andra Pradesh by buying agriculture land and latter the same land will be converting to Industrial purpose.

my quarry is

is it allowable as per land laws of andra pradesh ? if yes, how we can proceed further ?

Normally you cannot purchase Agricultural property. You have to apply for the collector to give NOC to convert to non agricultural land. Once you get the NOC, the company can purchase it.

Purchasing of agricultural property do not have restrictions.But when you convert or divert the purpose from agriculture you would be restricted.

Agricultural property for industrial purposes you may check with revenue dept. for feasibility and approving authority before venturing. Industrial operation among the residential area or in a fertile area to be checked with the guidance of able legal expert on property matter and you may like to take the help of Dr.V. Gopinath.
