Can second wife eligible to get husband land property when first wife is live ?

(Querist) 10 September 2013 This query is : Resolved 
Dear Sir,

My father expired 1n 2006. Fother had two Wifes, detailsas bellow :
first one is My Mother and she has only two sons.
2) Second wife has no children

Questions:
1)is second wife eligible to get share of my father property when first wife is live and not divorced yet.

the marriage is void ab initio so she can not claim any share in your father's property
