Can society form building wise

Dear Sir,
Our builder have given possession of 5 buildings in one phase before 2 years without giving OC/CC. One of the building D having flat owners who supports builder & wanted to form one society of 5 building.
But we want to get OC/CC first & then to form one society of 4 buildings- A, B, C & E having good flat owners.
Pl advice how we can collect OC/CC from the builder & can we form separate society.

Builder removed his investment forget him practically . Contact planing authority under MRTP Act which sanctioned the Plan , they can guide you.
I honestly don't know planing authority for Shahapur under MRTP , mostly your agreement of sale will mention it.

Make one Federal society under it and for every building A, B, C, D , E make society .
For making federal society you require
Five members of which are themselves societies
Please wait for reply and correct guidance who have experienced regarding co-operative society myself not so thorough with it

If OC and CC was issued by the concerned department, builder is not providing copies, take copies of the same through RTI from the departments.
You can move against the builder in consumer forum.

Can we form Federal society of Building A,B,C,E but not building D.
Pl advice.
