Can the Grand children Claim the property which was purchased 20 years back.
The Grand children\'s are putting the board saying that this servey number 71/1 is in letigation where ever they see the empty sites in that servey number.
Can you Please advise us wht to do...?
or Can we construct a house with the help of police protection.

yes as common ,no partition made on that grandfather's property then the grand son have legitimate right on their part and share. we need more details on your query .

You have to come out with complete facts like who purchased that property, whether that person is alive now, if not when did he die?
now the property is in whose name?
(now if the property is not in the name of the person who has died, then) what is the relationship of the person in whose name the property is there and the one who died?
Are you in any way concerned with the property, if so, in what way?
Who is claiming right over/share in the property now?
