One day one director of the company came and threatned the watchman without any fault and he came up with 20-25person. He also force fully took resign of the watchmen. On the next day watch man lodged a police complaint .But police did nothing as far as the director has very high link in Police department and we have recorded that they were came up with revolver and with 20-25 person in their own words.
Police has also threatned the watchman and said he has lodged wrong complaint and thus mis-guide the police.
Now actually recording is given but still no action has been taken by police against the director.
What can watchman do even after giving video and audio recording to police as a proof?

The watchman should immediately file a complaint u/s 156(3) crpc. However given the might of the Director the filing of Writ against Police inaction would have been more appropriate.

He should approach higher police officers by way of appropriate application, may be through post,if nothing comes out then he should file complaint before CJM/CMM,as the case may be, for directions to police concerned For lodging FIR.

Follow advice of Barman Sir. You have another option of private complaint if after registration of FIR police files report in favour of these men. Video recording is helpful and admissible as evidence.

in this regard first make the complaint to the higher authorities of police and if no action is taken than approach to the judiciary in the manner with a complaint and with the application u/s 156(3) Cr.p.c. for direction in lodging the FIR against the accused persons.
