What is your concern and locus standie with wanted person, missing Police file (as alleged) and filing of a complaint u/s 156 Cr PC, against whom? Consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts, guidance and proceeding.

Wanted or unwanted by the police, everyone has the right to access for justice. Being wanted by the police does not put any seal on his being a criminal. That all depends upon the outcome of the case on judgment by observing due process of per law.
You may better discuss the real problem, if you have any in person or have any concern with that in any way.

One person filed a criminal case UNDER SECTION 156(3),court has order to register FIR.After that investigatiin done and police already filed a 'C' Summary report that there is not sufficient evidence. After that we come to know that who filed a criminal case is a wanted person according to police record and court is not aware of it.so can we inform to court about this?
