Can we transfer the case to another court, when no judge since 1 year

we have a joint hindu family property, we r the plaintiffs, judge was retired till today no judge is appointed only dates are given by the concerned officer, since one year case is pending. can we transfer the case to another court on such ground?

what is the urgency ? do you want any urgent interim reliefs . if so you can request the court officer to assign your case to another court for hearing of interim reliefs application
