Canara bank not giving joining

Respected experts I have been refused to give joining by Canara bank and the reason which they are stating is that the name of my degree is not mentioned in the advertisement of IBPS. Ibps is a private organisation which conduct written exams and interview on behalf of different public sector bank for various posts like PO,SO , Clerk. I was selected for the post of specialist officer (Marketing) and allotted to Canara bank. In the advertisement of ibps they mentioned name of 4 degrees ie MMS,MBA,PGDBA AND PGDBM in Marketing specialisation. I cleaned the written exan in December 2015 and cleared interview in Feb 2016 . If they have to reject they could do it at the time of interview only,as hey do a document verification just before the interview and only eligible candidates are sent for interview. Also other banks like Bank of Baroda,union bank of India is not doing any such thing and they are considering every candidates for joining. We are 52 candidates in total.wt shud we do in order to reverse the decision.

As u have given interview it never means that you must got selected for it.

Sir I got selection in Canara bank dats what my query is..for final selection written + interview one need 49 mark I scored 59.3(UR Category)
And as per my marks allotted to Canara bank.I actually cleared the selection process .

The entitled degree were clearly mentioned in the Ad. and if you do not possess the required degree, appointment can be denied, you have less merits in your claim.

Represent to IBPS also by a gentle communication, under proper acknowledgment and bring it in their notice.
Try if you can be redirected to BOB etc!
In any case you should get a reply. Try to extract a written reply.
The banks must have notified their requirement by a clear communication to recruiter IBPS.
IBPS must have allotted Canara bank as per notification it received.
If you are trying to build case tread carefully.
The gain from the thread is also that any candidate should inquire before enrolling for a educational decree.

Sir if you noticed as I mentioned in my query very clearly that just hours before the interview an panel which consists people from different PSBs checked our every document very carefully and only those candidates were allowed for the interview whose document was as per their requirements..if there was some communication gap betwee ibps and the panel we can not be punished for that and they shud have rejected us then and there itself. but they cleared us ,I talked with ibps they are saying that our role has been over,we cleared you but it's Canara bank which has declare u not eligible.
Also it's a centralised recruitment process and different banks shud not have different criteria for selection.

For the sake of alternate view:
If your qualification was not amongst the advertised you should not have applied.
If your qualification is not recognized and/OR not accepted as equivalent then you are not eligible.
All of 52 affected candidates may jointly understand the merits in options you want to explore.

Respected experts I really appreciate the efforts and time given by all of u..I'm a common man and also think like one ,as u r experts dats why we ask for a second opinion. I just want to quote a random example." Their is bar in which entry of below 18 is prohibited but a guy really want to go there ,when he reaches the gate a security person who is there to check on the age of a person as the bar strictly follows the entry age criteria,now that security guard checked the age proof of that guy and found him below 18 but for some reason he allowed him to go inside. In a police raid the guy got caught , plz suggest whom to punish ,the boy,the guard or the both.kindly don't consider the boy as minor I quote his age for the sake of a criteria,their may b some other criteria as well.
