Cancelation of fraud land registration

my moTher purchased 1.5 acre land in 1968.itwas given on oral lease and he fraudulently registerd the same in the name of his daughter when she put civil case on him for eviction and succeded.plese let me know whether the district registrar can cancel the fradulent registration

Author, only the court has the power to cancel the registered document and registration department officers have no power to cancel a registered document.
