He or she at times could be required to assist our VPS Service Managers with solving real-time customer facing issue that needs quick remedy to restore service short term and long term. He or she may have to reach out to Sales, IT, Operations & Engineering to identify solutions for an existing customer solution such as finding a redundant path on the last mile, identifying an alternative solution when customers are overdriving bandwidth and identifying resiliency options for a critical customer location. The Coordinator will be learning from the VPS Service Manager how this is done today, shadowing and provided direct feedback on the results they produce to address a given issue.
This position will be filled by a team member who is self-motivated, enjoys working with customers and has self-driving skills. Be willing to learn on their own Verizon’s vast telecom technology and grow in day to day operational support activities.

Mr. Anonymous,
Your statement that you want certificate from the State of Uttarakhand does not seem to be convincing. Do you want to say that the Uttarakhand State has passed some separate Act than that of the UP Act and rejects the caste certificates issued by the UP Government on any ground? If so, can you mention when the Uttarakhand State passed that Act and Rules separately from the UP State.
Further, when you could get two certificates issued by UP in 2000 as well as in 2007 (ten years ago, as per your statement), why you cannot manage the issue of another certificate from the Uttarakhand State also? Further, when you stated that Uttarakhand State was formed in 2000, on what ground you could get certificate issued by the UP Government,while you were living in the Uttarakhand State? Still further, when you believe having two caste certificates illegal, why could you vwenture to get second certificate in 2007 (ten years back, as per your statement)?
In fact, your own statements are contradictory to each others.
