dear sir i have deed of rigts given to my sister which was obtain by to fraud / misrepresentation by my sis in her favour now on baasis of deed she removed me from my house and took possession what to do now deed was registered in 2006. house was on my faters name he is no more and only mother is there

File a suit for declaration of deed as null and void and recovery of possession.

1. File a suit to declare the deed as void
2. You have to prove that the signature of your father has been fraudulently obtained
3. You have to depend on the Witnesses, who signed in the deed.
4. If you can succeed in 2 & 3, you can proceed.

The facts are not clear. What type of deed is this? Who, why and when executed this deed ? How you claim that deed was got executed by fraud / misrepresentation?

You say that you have given away your rights to your sister over the property by a deed, presumably it is a relinquishment deed, now after a passage of almost eight years you come out with a story that it was obtained on coercion, how do you think that we will accept your story is a genuine one?, Consult a local lawyer and proceed as per his advise.
