Cancellation of gift deed

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 12 September 2017 This query is : Resolved
My mother executed and registered gift deed 2 years back in my favor for an DDA apartment, can we mutually cancel the same using cancellation deed. It is mentioned in the deed that it is irrevocable. Will it attract 6% of property value as stamp duty?

The entities that have been asking for and surviving with Expert's help must obey Expert's decision like NO reply to AQ.............

The flush of AQ might also be a tactics of unscrupulous entities and gangs loitering at LCI with multiple fake ID's including the ones that have face blackened/blacklisted/shunted out................ to advertise, gain publicity, allure unsuspecting querist as clients and fleece for FEE...................

IT=@Kumar Doab,

When as a fake expert without real name photo and location, Mr. Kumar Doab hesitates to come forward with his real identity, how he expects the querist to post his/her ID?
kavksatyanarayana (Expert) 12 September 2017
No reply to an AQ. however in which state the property is situated as the stamp duties are vary from one State to another State.
