Cancellation of marriage garden registration

Dear Ones,
My father is a retired government servant. My father has 04 brothers and he has khatedari land which he has got from my Grandfather.
Now, my uncle are running a Marriage Garden/Hall in my fathers area of land without his consent and making profits alone. My UNCLE has got the Marriage Garden registered from Municipal Corporation.
Under RTI, Municipal Corporation has provided us documents of registration in which my uncle has declared himself as the Owner and my father as co-owner.
How can we go ahead and get the registration of the Marriage Garden cancelled and get a court stay on the commercial activities.

In fact you father's 04 brothers sre having equal shares.Mind it before taking any action.

Ask your father to file a suit for partition and injunction on it.
He can also apply for appointment of Receiver so a proper a/c can be maintained about its earnings and later division.

I too have similar opinion as advised by expert Sh. Devajyoti Barman. Get the property partitioned and obtain your father's share of proceeds from your uncle.

A partition suit with an application for injunction against using the space for commercial purpose without sharing the revenue may be filed by consulting a local advocate.
