The registered power of attorney can be revoked by registered deed of revocation. The details of the POA can be obtained by taking certified copy of the same.

There is no requirement of taking any help of your cousin for the cancellation of the GPA. The earlier POA can very well be got cancelled by registering a Revocation deed of POA and it can be got published in a news-paer and its intimation may be sent to your cousin by way of a registered letter/notice.
