My younger brother sold immovable property to others on 13/10/2010 which is situate at Karnataka state but that the schedule property originally belongs to my grand father i have a legitimate shares therefore i have filed my objection before sub registered office,On 12/10/2010 but the said office returned my objection with endorsement after that i have filed my objections before the Tahasildar, and Secretary of Gramapanchayat in different date in the year 2011- 2012 december but no reply has been received from the secretary till today 21/09/2015 what to do and other point is what about limitation for cancellation of sale deed is it i crossed any limitation point have any remedy to file for cancellation of sale deed what is indian law relating to this please advise sirs
