Sirs

My younger brother sold immovable property to others on 13/10/2010 which is situate at Karnataka state but that the schedule property originally belongs to my grand father i have a legitimate shares therefore i have filed my objection before sub registered office,On 12/10/2010 but the said office returned my objection with endorsement after that i have filed my objections before the Tahasildar, and Secretary of Gramapanchayat in different date in the year 2011- 2012 december but no reply has been received from the secretary till today 21/09/2015 what to do and other point is what about limitation for cancellation of sale deed is it i crossed any limitation point have any remedy to file for cancellation of sale deed what is indian law relating to this please advise sirs

You seem to have filed before Tehisldar a day before date of sale.

As per you the complaint was returned (with endorsement)!

Why it was returned?

You may show all documents on record to an able lawyer specializing in revenue/family/property/civil matters and well versed with local laws and understand the merits and remedies.
