My younger brother sold immovable property to others on 13/10/2010 which is situate at Karnataka state but that the schedule property originally belongs to my grand father i have a legitimate shares therefore i have filed my objection before sub registered office,On 12/10/2010 but the said office returned my objection with endorsement after that i have filed my objections before the Tahasildar, and Secretary of Gramapanchayat in different date in the year 2012 december but no reply has been received from the secretary till today 21/09/2015 what to do and other point is what about limitation for cancellation of sale deed is it i crossed any limitation point have any remedy to file for cancellation of sale deed what is indian law relating to this please advise sirs

You have lost precious time. If the sale was done in the year 2010 then you should have approached the Court within 3 years asking for the cancellation of the Sale Deed.
Neither the Tehasildar, nor the Secretary of Gramapanchayat nor the Sub-Registrar can do anything in the matter.
You have to approach the Court to get the Sale Deed cancelled.
For this first you have to meet a local Advocate in your area who is well versed in property related issues, show the documents in your hand, discuss the matter and take further steps, without wasting further time.

We have filed objection in the year 2010 to 2012 December before the revenue authority in spite of repeated reminder to do not transfer khatha in the name of buyer so far no reply has been received from the revenue department during the year 2010 to 2012 corresponding with revenue it is also countable for cancellation of sale deed or not ( If it is not countable i have to file on before 2015 december if it is countable i will the limitation ) please tell me sir what to do

Whether countable or not, first you have to necessarily file the suit for cancellation. If you do not file the case, then you will loose the chance for ever.
Therefore meet the lawyer without any further delay.
