Cancellation of sale deed

i had sold a portion of my property which were already mortgage with the bank and the consideration amount was only Rs.25000/-. Can now i may cancel the such sale deed my own

You have already done a wrong by selling a mortgaged property without permission of the concerned bank and now you want to make a blunder by cancelling the already executed and registered sale-deed.

The registered sale-deed cannot be got cancelled from your side, however, banker can definitely get it done.
