Capital gain

(Querist) 29 May 2013 This query is : Resolved 
I am planning to sell vacant land and build a property in another vacant land. I want to avail the capital gain benefits for the 2nd house. I already have a second house which I will sell off within 6 months (the period in which I am suppose to invest in house property)of sale of land. Can I avail the CG benefit for the 2nd house this way

You can avail the benefit of CS within 3 years of such sale even for the second house.
