Capital letter signs valid or not ?

Guest (Querist) 06 August 2010 This query is : Resolved
I wonder signs in Capital letter of English consist of straight lines only, how they can differentiate anyone's handwriting and how can they be legally enforceable?
Plz. guide.

signature is totally a private affair.

you can sign in any language/symbols/capital/small letters etc.

when you sign in a different language in any documents, a declaration stating "signed after understanding the matters" will be needed sometimes.

Signature is your exclusive domain since even thumb impressions are allowed.

But now under new ID being developed your iris that is eyes will be photographed which do not change.

So be free to sign any way you like.

If a person sign it as his name acknowledging that he is signing as the author of it, it matters little with the form of such sign.

I am supporting the above views.

Signatures with Capital letters are legally accepted by banks as even writing one's name in capital letters has unique features.
