Car parked in the society compound get damage

my car was parked in the society my stilt garage allotted by the builder when i purchased the flat, now builder has hand over to the society, my new car was parked in the garage and was damage by some one and security watchman are not aware of it, now the damage cost is Rs.approx. 20000\- now who is responsible for the same and who will compensate for the damage

lodge claim with insurance company .

damages you can claim from the insurance co., but if you claim you will have to loose the no claim bonus for the next year.
