sir,
I gave case against my husband & his family.Police filed FIR on 4.08.2012 but till now they are saying preparing chargesheet.
How many days police will take to file chargesheet in court ...In this situation what can i do for taking immediate action to get the case in to court.

BY HURRY, WHAT DO U WANT TO ACHIEVE??
Police takes their own time depending on other priority and urgency.
You must have been happy putting them behind the Bar in Jail on filing 498.
Now you must be away from them .
Are u eager to see their faces in court??
Do you think you are going to get anything out of it???
when you get , pl let me know. Do not hurry for sorry face so soon.
Whenever I attend Wedding, seeing them spending Lakhs of Rupees with great pleasure to Welcome a new person in their Family;
And she show them Jail so soon, for trival reasons!!
This 498 House Breaking Law must be scrapped.
Marriage Counselling and soft problem solving must be done for at least six months prior to taking any action under 498A; It will reduce unnecessary harassment to old parents, it will reduce BREAKING OF HOMES, AND SEPARATION OF SMALL CHILDREN FROM THEIR PARENTS.
During the period of 6 months , Wife can be protected by all methods, cruelty can be investigated, and eliminated, if any, Usually there is no need for HURRY & immediate imprisonment, .
It irrevocably breaks house, break marriages,
Majority of 498 cases are False one, without considering the vital negative impact on family, and their marriage.

cops mustt be finalising charge sheet . 498A would be counter productive . arrive at an amicable settlement with your husband
