I am submit upvat annual return form 26A within time F.Y.2008-2009 .There are complusery case work F.Y.2008-2009 in vat department or self assessment case procidure.

dear sir,
in upvat, if you filed the annual return form-26a within the prescribed time or the time extended as the case may be, the assessing authority will be bound to accept your annual return any how and pass an order regarding it considering as deemed assessment.

the procedure will be same in the case of filing of Form-26.
