You can go to consumer forum for this purpose and claim compensation from him.

Can you describe more?
is delay in part of CA deliberately/negligence?
you have fully co-operate him?

registartion procedure takes time . did he give in writing that he will complete registartion in one month time?
Sanjeev (Expert) 09 February 2012
You wont succeed thare would be no timeline promise by the CA and the govt procedures take time.
Amar Patel (Querist) 09 February 2012
Shailesh sir,
yes there has been delay from his side not mine.
Amar Patel (Querist) 09 February 2012
ajay sethi,

Sir no one would give in writing.. but i personally feel that it should have taken max. of 3 months and not 5 months.. and yet i have not recieved the number.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 09 February 2012
Your feeling has no value in the eyes of law as CA can also interprate that no any time limit was fixed then where shall you go?
prabhakar singh (Expert) 10 February 2012
The work of registration goes in government offices and not in CA's office?
He can escape several ways.Do not plan to have more trouble.

You were sleeping for 5 months? Why did you not change the CA

Anyways now concentrate on your business, nothing fruitful would come out of litigation.

Dear Amar,
Did you approach the CA or he approached you. In both cases choice was with you whether or not to engage him. Having decided to engage, you have satisfied yourself about the capability of the professional. Why to cry now. When shoe starts pinching, it is better to replace it then to repair it. Client and Professionals, be it CA or Advocate, relations are meant to be longlasting. If there is so much of misunderstanding between you and your professional, it would be better you find another suitable and capable one. You are not going to gain any thing by spending your valuable time, energy and money in pursuing matter with the CA at any forum. Better start a fresh begging.

chg him if u r unsatisfied. Otherwise also u hv to chg him after u lodge complaint.

Better chg him, & forget abt it
