Hi Jensy Sethi,

First of all it is not understood, whether it is a problem of husband or wife. You have stated about your husband, but your profile pic represents you as a gent, not a lady.

Otherwise, you can file any number of cases on anyone on any count. No restriction, if you have any solid proof in your favour.

But if you are a lady and decided to file a case against your in-laws, on what specific fault of your in laws, if you or your own husband has preferred to stay separately or if he has the extra marital affair also?

Is the extra marital affair developed at the instance of his parents, i.e., your in laws?

Having extra marital relationships is no crime under the Indian Penal Code that you can get your husband and in laws prosecuted and punished. Anyone who suggested you all this is a dam fool.
Maximum you as wife can do is seek dissolution of marriage on this ground using it as a ground.
Rest neither you can get order of court to stop his extra marital relationship nor get any other relief but divorce and that too if you are able to prove with sufficient evidence these changes otherwise if that too you are able to prove won't even get you divorce.

You may spend some quality time in person with a very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in Family matters and having a successful track record...and worth his her salt..

Check at LOCAL Family/Civil Courts, HC,SC for such counsels....
And show whatever record and inputs you have for a considered opinion..

Havi9ng extra marital affairs is not a crime although it is immoral. You can obtain divorce from your husband on this ground if you have strong proof. Otherwise your divorce petition will be dismissed.

What all documents required for divorce?as my husband and his family is on petitaion bail from court?
Guest (Querist) 06 June 2018
I asked my husband what he desire he wish to stay with me or not he denied.so what action need to be taken against to him as its been four years of our marriege.
Guest (Querist) 06 June 2018
as I am physically, mentally abused by my inlaws.
Vijay Raj Mahajan (Expert) 06 June 2018
You will not get any relief from court as your criminal case will fail ultimately. As far divorce case if you file your husband will be to happy to get it allowed from the court.
Vijay Raj Mahajan (Expert) 06 June 2018
You should workout for divorce by mutual consent with your husband and ask for sufficient amount of permanent alimony and maintenance from him, rather indulging in all sort of cases which take you nowhere.

In 2015 he was asking for mutual divorce I was not aware with that because as I was not enough mature now I asked him again he didn't replied what exactly he want?

The profile reveals the querist to be a male. The how came the question of in-laws or husband harassing the wife?
Guest (Querist) 07 June 2018
My mother in law and sister in law used to mentally harrash me through so many ways like hiddin food to eat aur household hidden where ever I go out of house blaming stupid things on me.

Is there any specific reason for not clarifying my point about your pic of a male, while the case is being discussed as a female?

If so secret, better contact some local lawyer, discuss in detail and file suitable case against the curlprits. You can't gain any real guidance through your tot bits posted in installments.

does it really matter?? Putting profile picture of mine its my wish I want put it on or not?
Guest (Querist) 07 June 2018
Why you are so concerned about my profile picture?which is totally apart from my query which I posted?
Guest (Expert) 07 June 2018
Not your profile, but your picture is relevant with respect to your query. You have to justify the reasonableness of the problem or the reason for asking seemingly such a vague academic query.
