Case against my lawyer?

I engaged a lawyer and paid him big fees to seek the quashing of a false case my wife had filed against me. The HC has dismissed my case now after being in my favour at the earlier stage of hearing. I am shattered by this. I fear that my lawyer has not done good arguments in the court for quashing. Can I file a case against my lawyer under Consumer Protection law?

no . lawyer has done his job . filed your petition in HC and argued it at length . if HC has dismissed your case no complaint is maintanable .
in any case consumer protection act does not apply to lawyers

no, u cannot file any case against lawyer in any court.

No case can be filed against the lawyer. Lawyers are not covered under the Consumer Protection Act.
Litigants like you who paint the lawyers black in spite of them having given their best short need to be boycotted by the entire legal fraternity.
