How can I get the citation of a case decided in Allahabad High Court when I know the parties name & the date of Judgement. Is there any web site which can help me as I am presently living in Bihar I cannot go to UP right now.

Take local lawyer's help.
Search thru legal websites e.g;

All old cases may not be available online. You can try searching High Court web. Otherwise you have to approach some local lawyer for help, if he can arrange from library or from available paid software.
