There is a kothie with 4 floors
All have its own owner. I am the owner of 1st floor. One day, the owner of ground floor came and ask for other floors in kothie to be purchased. We agreed. He and his friend subhash yadav (builder) and tarun juneja (builder) came and tell us to make and purchase it. they give us the amt of 2lks as token money. they said to me that they will give me the byana after 1week and they hve given the byana to the top floor owner. As the owner of top floor was in hurry to sell as his father was not able to cope up with arangment as he lives on top floor and the he was not so fit, so on behalf of mitual understanding of subhash,tarun and ground floor owner he sells out side the floor to another person.
In one meeting, i and new owner and the ground floor owner agreed to to make it again and repair the whole kothie with the builder as mentioned above, are the men of ground floor owner. We agreed to give making amt. Of the kothie. But now the owner of ground fl. Started new themes, and led to delayed the repairment of the kothie by not leaving the floor.
After one year when he agreed to come out but on some certain conditions that he should be paid max. 2 years rent as we have our own home and he didnt, by mitual understanding we agreed let him rent till 2 years just five house far from our khothie. He started more new queries and mke this case more complicative and unsolving. As being his builder we forced them to mke the kothie but they denied as they say that he want to make his floor at rs. 0cost or free. He denied to pay the amt. For making the floor. I agreed to pay the amt. And other also, exept him.
Yesterday, he sent a notice from the court writtne on that we are herrasing him and want to sell/donte the whole kothie including his floor. He also written that without asking him we have sell the top floor.
Also written that we are with the builders.
But the truth is we didnt now the builder as mentioned they are his men.
Sir now i want to shift, and they havnt made it till yet. Sir i have taken loan on it and since 2years i am paying its interest qith no means.
I am agreed to accept all the demands but still every day they are making new excuses and now he has send us the notice.
Sir pls tell what should i do.

Consult a local lawyer and reply the notice. It seems they are not interested and only want to gain by creating hindrances.

What I understood from your cryptic query that the matter has been bungled up for some illegal gain or to fructify some ill intent which can't be dealt with in an appropriate manner in absence of detailed facts. However you need not to be afraid of because Law has a long hand to catch the neck of the culprit. Better you consult with a local expert civil lawyer.
