Have your brother has filed a police complaint against you brother's wife and her relative to the nearest police station of the Aligarh Court or informed about such criminal intimidation to the Judge/Magistrate where DV & 125 proceedings are pending? This will help you to build up reasons for transfer of your case out of Aligarh
