Probably, your lawyer is keeping you in dark in his own interest.

Dear Querist this normally happens in High Court Cases. You should request your Advocate to plead for Urgent hearing in the concerned Court before or after regular hearing or he should submit a requisition before concerned court Registrar to post the case for hearing and it would be posted with in 2 or 3 days please.

See the useless idiot NJS Rajkumar, alia JOSHUA SAMUEL, alias Mohhammed Azharueen, alias Anusha, alias Kumar Doab, and tout of Usha Kapoor, and the No.1 quack can continue to post any No. of irrelevant posts with his profusely disturbed mental state, when he is totally blank in law, but virtually confirmed my views in asking you to request your advocate for urgent hearing. That itself is a proof that this quack himself admits that your lawyer is keeping you in dark, when he can apply for urgent hearing.

You can mention through your Advocate in High court for an urgent hearing or submit a requisition to court registrar for early hearing which will come up for hearing within 2or 3 days.
Adv.Ambrose Leo (Expert) 09 June 2018
Attend High Court with your lawyer before start of the proceeding Apply through your lawyer for Circulation Or Urgent hearing. The matter will be taken up on the same day provided all relevant records are ready as per the Court requirement, rules & procedures.
