My friend is Central Govt employee appointed on Scheduled Tribe Point. My friend's Scheduled Tribe Certificate Forwarded to State Level Scheduled Tribe Verification Committee through Appointing Authority. Result is still not received. However now Appointing Authority initiated disciplinary proceedings against him even the committee have not finalized the case. What should have to do.

Nothing, except to defend his case in departmental inquiry to prove the correctness of the ST certificate.

But Scheduled Tribe Verification Committee is still not decided the case then how the department can initiate the disciplanry proceedings
